Material and labour for Chipping , removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remover loose rust spalls with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5) so it has not carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling and scaffolding for high rise buildings etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns/RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.(Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding as required and rubbishing off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The water proofing treatment shall be four course and shall be carried out as follows : (a) Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gms/ sqmon the prepared surfaces. (b) Apply a coat o blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm the surface area. (c) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kgper square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighingnot less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree C , Longitudinal tensile strengh not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (d) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint, @ 100 gm/Sqm complete including removing of existing waterproofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by EIC. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slop towards rain water pipe outlet. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of primer for APP membrane and SBR latex complete.
