Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and form approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including watering & curing, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granaite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete,watering and curing etc.complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance,royality & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T &P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials includin watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20 grade) with 20mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including centring, shuttering, lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P,required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer In Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) to inside of brick walls surface after racking out the joints…curing and watering with all cost etc.complete

Supplying and fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S. Doors. M.S. Gates etc including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour for fitting fixing etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Priming one coat to steel surface with Red oxide primer over iron workcomplete including cost and conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting 2 coats with any approved iron paint coat of shade over a coat of wall primer by means of brush to outside surface of walls after cleaning the surface including cost of material with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect.

2.5 cm tick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm size hard granite chips. On new work of approved quality complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Internal Electrical Work

Recresed wiring to light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated single standard multistandard copper conductor of ISI marked and ceilling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size MS modular box with 1.0 sqmm FR PVC insulated single core multistandard copper conductor as earth wire including all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Group C

Recessed writing to 5/6 amp plug point in 20mm dia non metalic flexible polytene condult with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated single core mutistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 5 AMP, modular switch ISI marked.

Providing,supplying and fixing of metal box of 150 mm x75 mm x60mm(normal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of modular cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch.
