Supply & Fixing of Over Head Gantry/Cantilever Type XI retro reflective sign plate made out of 3.0 mm thick aluminium composite panel, face to be covered with green Type XI retro reflective sheeting and the matters & logo with overlay film type of sheeting after the etching treatment of aluminium sheeting. The back side of the sheeting should be covered with two coats of epoxy/powder coating. The sheet shall be fixed on a frame of 40x40x5 mm angle iron.

(survey map to be provided in soft copy along with 05 no. hard copies on required size paper).The work also includes following:i) Prepration of L-Section and Cross Section of Roads proposed in Industrial Area.ii) Carrying out survey of plots, blocks, ROW, service land, green belt, dumping yard, open land etc. with Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) instrument including the marking of the corners of the above lands for which demarcation pillars are to be constructed. Contractor will provide computerized drawing and print sets of required size colour print and soft copy in CD along with original download datas. The work includes super imposition of layout plan and khasra map over it as per direction of engg. in-charge.

Plantation work including planting of plants/trees of different varieties of height more than 7' including security/safety, good earth, watering, manure (organic), pesticides and maintenance for a period of 5 years complete in all respect (the five-year maintenance period will commence after two months planting period). (Plantation work along road side with five-year maintenance.)The work includes:A. Digging of pits of minimum size 60X60X60 cm including removal of stones /pebbles etc. including cost of chemical, water, good earth and pesticides/insecticides/ ant termite treatment etc. as required for maintenance and development of plants. B. Supply of different varieties of plants like Neem, Shisam, Gulmohar, Jamun, Casia shama, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including loading & uploading of plant from Nursery to site.C. Preparation of Thavala sizing 60 cm. Diameter & 15 cm deep once in a month including cutting and trimming, punning, making shapes etc.D. Inter cultural operations hoeing & weeding etc. in 90 cm Dia & 15 cm deep.E. Watering of plants with the own tanker as per requirement at regular interval.F. Security of plants, open space/ wood land/park/buffer zone/fencing etc. G. Supply of dry manure/ Goat dung manure including loading unloading, transportation & stacking at site and feeding the same as per requirement at regular interval.H. Supply of Good earth for plant as and when required.I. Up-keeping of all drains for five years (after DLP period) by cleaning of drains, Culverts, Hume Pipe and approaches in such a way that bottom is visible and disposal of sludge/silt removed after proper drying in a specified purpose vehicle dully covered with PVC/Polythene sheet so as to avoid foul spreading on the way from the site to the place as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The drains are to be kept clean at all times. The cleaning of silt/sludge from all the assigned drains shall be done irrespective of its size/type. The excavated sludge/silt shall be transported at an earliest after getting it dried for making it transportable.If the same is not disposed/ transported within three days after drying, an amount of Rs. 5000 per Km of drains shall be levied & same be deducted from the running bills. If any type of covering has been done on the drain, same shall be removed by the contractor at his own cost & same shall be re-fixed as original after de-silting of drains by the contractor at his own cost brought to the notice of engineer-in-charge. If at any instance ti is found by the contractor that polythene begs/waste material from the plant is mixed/thrown directly in the drains effecting the easy flow of the drain, then same shall be inform imediately so that action may be intiated against the party as per RIICO Rules. If during de-silting/sludge removal, any drain is damaged by the contractor due to negligence, the shall be repaired by he contractor, if not attended by the contractor within ten days same shall be got repaired by corporation at risk & cost of the contractor without any notice. Being an ugrent nature of work, if the same is not executed by the contractor to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge or corporation, the work shall be rescined immediately without any notice & same shall be got exectued at his risk & cost. The Contractor shall ensure that all the inlets of the drains like weep holes/inlets at top are properly cleaned so as not to interrupt the flow of water from the road to inside of drain. The work is to be executed with JCB and manually as requiredThe Contractor is required to maintain the drain as per the scope of work mentioned above and the payment shall be made on quarterly basis as per the payment schedule given below:-Ist year-10%of the total quoted rateIInd year-15%of the total quoted rateIIIrd year-20%of the total quoted rateIVth year-25%of the total quoted rateVth year-30% of the total quoted rateRate should be quoted for complete five years inclusive of all taxes.
