Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and Window but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for old size sub Class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) having compressive strength not less than 75 kg/Sq cm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair all as specified.

M&L Applying two coats of Oil bound distemper to newly plastered/previously untreated wall over a coat of 1 mm layer wall care putty over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered wall all as specified and directed.

M & L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing (Grade A )Compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (unisng 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.
