Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m including all labour charges and incidential charges such as shoring, strutting, procviding coffer dams, bailing out

Picking 5cm to 10cm Old Metalled Surface and Sectioning -1 Sqm

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm Compacted thick including cost & conveyance of Gravel From Approved sources to work site including labour for Spreading, watering and comp-acting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100 % compaction.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @65%, 4.75 to 2.36 mm IRC HBG metal @ 20 % & 2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @ 15 %) & (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6 % respectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Plant Mix method)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WBM/WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat WMM Surface (treated with primer) at 2.5 KG of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 Sqm including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc., comp

Providing laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20 -2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capcity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 m with mechanical paver to the specified grades abd cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 ton Vibratory Roller to ther required density etc., including labiour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire abd fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper, trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rey-5

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5
