Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 40 KVA Servo Stabilizer and Changeover/ Bypass Switch for Commissioning of VRV/VRF System at Inspection Hut Bathipora.

P/I/T/C of 3 phase 40 KVA- Servo Voltage stabilizer of following specifications: Type:- Unbalanced Capacity: - 40 KVA. No. of phases: - 3 Phases, 50 Hz frequency Operating conditions:- Input = 110V to 240 volts on PN 3 phase AC Supply Out put = 415 +-5 volts. Out put safe continuous load:- 56A Rate of correction 20 to 35 Volts per second Efficiency 90-100% Duty Cycle 100% (designed for 24x7 operation) Core: - The Servo voltage stabilizer shall be fitted with high permeability core for heat dissipation and the core strips shall be held together firmly as per norms and fitted on bracket of suitable size and thickness. Coils: - Three number of copper wound coils which shall be fabricated out of copper conductor with cotton tapping. The coils shall be wound in copper wire of proper gauge, pitch and grade. Cooling: - The Servo voltage stabilizer shall be completely filled with “A” grade T-oil up to top to immerse coils, and connections etc. CONTROL:-Automatic Voltage correction Time: - 20 to 35 volts per sec. Panel: - The indicating panel shall be fitted on top side of Servo voltage stabilizer fabricated out of suitable thickness MS sheet dully painted and fitted on the top cover through nuts and bolts and fitted with voltmeters with selector switch and Phase indicators. Enclosure:- The whole assembly shall be enclosed in M.S. tank of suitable thickness ,floor mounted with four number caster wheels .The tank shall be painted in two coats of enamel paint. The job includes P/F of drain plug also.

Changeover / Bypass Switch: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 Amp, 415V, 4-Pole (4P) Three Phase Manual Changeover / Bypass Switch enclosed in a heavy-duty sheet steel powder-coated enclosure suitable for 40 kVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer bypass operation. The job includes providing and fixing copper cable lugs, brass cable glands, interconnecting wiring/copper strip jumper connections, neutral link, and hardware required for complete bypass arrangement. The job further includes glanding, connection and phase sequencing.
