Dismanling old plaster or skirting raking of joint and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish up to 50m lead

Taking out existing wooden doors, windows shutter, (Steel or wood) including staking within 50 m lead. of area 3 sqm and below.

20 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Neat cement punning

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or dasg fastener of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastners shall be paid for separatly)shall be paid for separately )Second class teak wood

Providing and fixing panelled, or panneled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separatly, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note:- butt hinges and necessery screws shall be paid sepratly) Second class teak wood, 35 mm thick shutters

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface,Water thinnable cement primer

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repaires to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of 1mm thikness of apprved brand and manufacture, over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emolution paint of approved brand and manufacturing to give an even shade.One or more coat on old work

Painting wood work with Delux Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 litr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 litr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade,One or more coat on old work

Steel work in built up tubular ( round , squre or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Finishing with Delux Multy surface paint system fot interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specification,Painting steel work with Delux Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 litr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 litr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
