Replacement of old 1 No’s Air release valves by Providing /fitting of new 1 No’s Double Orifice type cast iron Air release Valves of 150 mm dia having PN 1.0 rating, new ARV’s should be of flanged ends. Replacement of 1 No’s collars of 6” dia with new one and flanged with new Air release Valves. Old collars are to be welded in three layers with the rising main at the same location. Reconditioning of 9 No Air release Valve by dismantling the ARV’s from collars welded with the rising main, opening of top cover of ARV by unscrewing /cutting the rusted nuts/bolts. Shifting of old Air release Valves to workshop. De-scaling/cleansing mud/foreign material deposited inside the body of ARV’s by scrubbers & emery paper. Repair to Cast Iron body of valves by welding with cast iron electrodes & replacing old/perished balls & damaged plates with new one. Shifting of ARV’s back to site & fitment at their locations (respective RD`s) with the replacement of gaskets and nuts & bolts. The Job includes cost of material, to &fro charges, carriage charges, welding charges, labour charges (skilled /unskilled). Rates are inclusive of all taxes. Complete job
