Design, Fabrication & Supply of LT outdoor Main Distribution KISOK type panel board totally fabricated with 14SWG CRCA sheet treated with7 tank process, 1000A TPN Aluminum busbar, powder coated etc. complete as per the standard with the following switch gears and items. The box shall be double door at front side with perfect locking arrangement. Back side door detachable type. Two or three louvers for air ventilation at both sides and rear side shall be provided. The box shall be suitable for erection on CC foundation / Angle Iron / Rail frames, fully wired. Bus bar made with properly sleeved (RYB) Aluminum strip suitable to carry 1000 Amps with necessary support. Neutral bar of half size with black sleeve. This shall be housed in a separate chamber. An insulated bar made of FRP/HYLUM is also to be provided to the full length of the box to hold the end of the cables. The following are to be provided in the box. a) 4 Pole, 400A SFU,with HRC fuse ( incomer) - 2 Nos. b) 4 Pole 400A SFU with HRC fuse (bus coupler) - 1 No. c) 4 Pole 200A TPN SFU with HRC fuse (out going) – 4 Nos d) 4 pole 100A TPN SFU with HRC fuse (out going) – 10 Nos e) Multifunction Digital type Energy meter (for 2 Nos incomer SFU,400A,) with 6 Nos 15VA Class 0.5 resin cast current transformer. f) 6 Nos RYB LED Indication Lamps sets for 400A SFU incomers, g) 2A HRC fuse units for control/circuit/indication lamp - 6Nos. Base frame made out of 75 x 10x 6mm ISMC channel with powder coated painting after 7 tank process as per std. panel board will be fabricated as per relevant IES/IS/KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate Standard.
