Special Eligibility Criteria

   Bulk/entire order shall be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven past performance for the similar item. Similar item may be defined as LED Street Lights of 20 Watt and higher for general purpose, as per Para 2.6 of the attached GCC. The bidder shall upload the BIS Certificate under Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS) for safety as per IS 10322 (Part 5/Section 3): 2012 is to be submitted by firm along with the offer. Failure to submit these documents shall make the offer liable for rejection.

   The tenderer must enclose the technical parameter offered by them as per Annexure - A .Non submission of Annexure - A/ Misdeclaration / Non declaration of any technical parameter in Annexure - A will lead to summarily rejection of their offer without any back reference.

   Authorised dealers/Agents of OEM must submit tender specific authorisation letter from OEM failing which the offer shall be ignored.

   Bidder is reminded to carefully go through IRS conditions of contract (included and uploaded along with the bid document) particularly those pertaining to Code of Integrity, Misdemeanor and penal measures. If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
