Repair and Maintenance of PS Road to Tabalaguda Road in the district of Rayagada for the year 2025 26

Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting vegetation grass, bush, shrubs and trees of girth up to 300mm, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of enbankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lead and lift transporting to site by mechanical means within lead of 5kms, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying, spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spresding in uniform thickness, hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screenig/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurement will not taken for quantity of filler material, compacted thickness to be measure as 75mm. thick) (WBM Grade-III)

Cleaning the existing black topped surface including removal of foreign materials and other materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision).

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using S-65 penetration grade bitumen @ 14.6 kg/10 sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat using 6mm size chips etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(By Manual means) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenace of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cutionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and technical specification Clause 1910.

Maintenance of 200 mtr, km stone & 5 th km stones by way of refiting of tited stones repairing with cement mortar, claning repairing and lettering on 200 mtrs km stone and 5 th km stone as per drawing and techincal specification Clause 1912.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including stony earth and gravel mixed with boulders not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume, D.I.Rock & slushy soil with all leads, lifts, delifts including dressing and leveling the bed to design section and depositing excavated materials away from working area in spoil banks with all leads, lifts and delifts including dewatering, shoring, shuttering and propping of bullah piles and construction of coffer dam if required, bailing out water with all cost, conveyance, labour and cess and all other taxes, cess etc. complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand of good quality including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty & cess of all materials etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 40mm and down graded mixed in batching and mixing plant including hoisting and laying with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bed
