Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light/ fan/socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, tube lights, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, MCB DB, MCBs, Main switches from control board and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specifications complete all as specified.

Point wiring for one 16 Amps socket outlet independent with PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volt grade cable for phase & neutral drawn through & including PVC, rigid concealed conduit, heavy duty, 19/20mm dia, ISI marked, with and including new modular sunken boxes and suitable size of frame, cover for mounting switch, socket and regulator fixed on surface in touch with wall including 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded FRLS cable as earth wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified. Note :-Switches, sockets, outlets & regulators will be measured and paid for separetely.

Switch modular type, 16/20 Amp, one way, one module conforming to IS-3854 complete all as specified and as directed.

Socket shuttered outlet 2-in-1, 6/16 Amp modular type, 2 modules complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs electric bell, AC 230 volt, single pole, multi musical type complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5.00 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade and one single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5.00 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade cable as earth wire,including suitable size of steel conduit drawn through concealed conduit and connected to main board and making good disturbed surface after taking out old unserviceable sub main wiring and disposing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs each of one RM of 2.5.00 sqmm main cable and one RM of 2.5.00 sqmm cable earth wire together alongwith conduit shall be considered as 1 running metre for payment purpose.

S&F in repairs fully addressable intelegent optical/ionization heat and smoke detectors analogue,light scattingtype using apluse internal infra red LED and silicon photo diode .it should be microprocessor based type and suitable to operare on voitage 9-33 volts DC and operating teparture -20 degree centigrade to 40 degree centigrade as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 90cm x 60cm x 5mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 4.50 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 3.5 metre below normal gorund level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed alternate layer of common salt and charcoal and a top layer of copper sulphate 150mm thick all as specified and as directed in drawing No CEAF/SK-60/2017 Dt 24.4.17 including bringing of mother soil from outside for filling holes, including Copper strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts and check nuts, washers of copper up to main board/test point or as required including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil so as to achieve earth resistance below 3 Ohms including excavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling of existing unserviceable earthing. (d) The contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable earthing of any type and making good the disturbed surfaces and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (e) Any other fittings/fixtures if technically required for achieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (f) If mother soil is not available then mother soil wil be provided by contractor from outside source without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq .mm 2 core nominal cross section stranded conductor in service connections ,including taking down old unsereviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq .mm 2 core nominal cross section stranded conductor in service connections ,including taking down old unsereviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq .mm 2 core nominal cross section stranded conductor in service connections ,including taking down old unsereviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq .mm 2 core nominal cross section stranded conductor in service connections ,including taking down old unsereviceable ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Marking the earthing pit with white / coloured hylam sheet/ perplex sheet 3mm thick of size 200x 150mm fixed with MS angle iron 20x20x4mm and 0.75 m long including painting with synthetic enamelled paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer fixed by means of 2 nos nuts/ bolts/ washers of with colour code as per direction by Engr-in-charge, suitable size and grouting the marker nearer to the earth pit in PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 of size 0.15x0.15x0.15m including necessary earth work, marker shall be having the following letters (letters of size 25mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge: EARTH PIT NO_________________________ CHEMICAL/ COPPER/ GI_________________ EQUIPMENT/ BUILDING CONNECTED________________________ DATE OF TEST :____________________________ EARTH RESISTANCE_______________________
