Testing of treated water and clear water of STP from authorised laboratories to test the COD, BOD,TSS and O&G complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Test report in quatruplicate should be submitted to Engr-in-charge in each quarter of contract period.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900x900x900mm (Internal dimention) with brick work of sub class B old size burnt bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters & depositing the same as directed and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on internal and exposed external exposed surface, 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copping including necessary form work and including 40x40x6mm mild steel angle frame, 3.15 mm thick mild steel cover with handle and locking arrangement with hinges as required at site including painting of all exposed MS work with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the steel surfaces embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminuos paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of leakages CI/DI pipes of size 100 mm to 150 mm by replacing the Tees, bends, sockets and providing the other materials required at site such as lead joint, to complete the job including excavation and other earth work in soft/ loose soil Note (a) CI/DI fittings/ specials such as bends, sockets and connected items will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning of clarifier completely and repair of agitator with shaft, servicing of connected motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The work includes following:- : (i) Dewatering of clarifier (ii) Scrubing of wall and removing all dirt and particles (iii) washing of walls with clear water (iv) painting of iron parts with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of primer after scrapping old paint. (vi) repair of agitator by replacement of bearing, bush etc (vii) rewinding of motor, and making it functional all as required at site, specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. .

Repair to water circulation pumb 0.5 HP to 02 HP electric driven motor including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and starter & motor carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire and rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of ball bearing. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load. Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion of work.

Taking down carefully defective/burnt out 5HP, 3 phase, 415 Volt electric driven motor coupled with centrifugal pump from its base, disconnect the electrical and mechanical connections and isolate the motor from pumping set, transporting to workshop, dismantling/opening the motor and taking out the burnt out motor winding, clenaing the slots, re-winding the stator with suitable size of super enamelled copper winding wire including insulating materials varnishing the re-winding of motor and heating in heating chamber, replacing the cooling fan, ball bearing, bush as per existing size, re assembling the motor and testing, transporting to site, mounting and recoupled with respective pumps and base plate, reconnecting all disconected connections and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The contractor will frunish six months warrantly against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion of work.

Note : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of completion of work.

Excavating sludge from filter bed and oxidation pond and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (i) filter bed-10 Nos, size of filter bed-length-7.00M, Width-4.50M, Depth of muddy/Semi solid sludge to be removed : 1.5M. (7x4.5x1.5x10=472.5) (ii) Oxidation pond -47x47x0.5M x2-2209 total = 2681.5

Excavatiing sludge from sewage sumps and getting out of sewage sump complete all as specified and directed, Size of sewage sump :- Inner dia 7Mtr, Depth of sludge to be removed - 1.5Mtr, Note :- (a) Any damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) The contractor shall make the necessary arrangements as dewatering of sumps and to block the incoming sewage pipe line of sewage sump and sewage collection sump before starting the above work and opening the same after cleaning the sump for which no extra payment will be made. (c) The contractor shall make the necessary arrangements for removing the sewage waste from manholes nearest to the sewage sumps at the time of the cleaning of the sumps for which no extra payment will be made. (e) No extra payment will be made for transportation of machinery required for the above work.

Removing excavated sludge to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5Km in suitable closed container and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes including forming bottom surfaces to required level and slope and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing bituminous road / PCC Hard Standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width and getting out excavated materials making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 30cm depth from top of the road all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible rubber PVC 2.5 Sqmm, 10 core copper cable HR 120 deg C, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified.

M&L PVC insulated PVC Sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 2.5 sqmm size single core complete for drawing through pole for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box incl thimbles complete all as specified.

Repair to Air compressor model UGRK220SR Make USHA of cap 20 HP of diffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning, replacement of rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size, replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI Butterfly valve heavy grade size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.Make: Kirloskar/Zoloto/BIR
