M&L for demolition of cement concrete concrete (unreinforced concrete) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block, factory manufactured (ISI Marked) of any shape and size as approved by GE ,conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade,casted with grey cement and top layer with grey cement & without pigment as in floor,pavement,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone dust filling under floor ,pavers block as a cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured machine pressed tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with colour of tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in copings ,100mm thick,including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed platescoping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/ dence soil.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth , not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for foundation ,for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying CI/GI water tubing etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.
