Strenthening 5 Year Maintance of Road From Beach road to mela pallivasal link road in Thirumullaivasal Panchayat in kollidam Block 0/0 - 2/660 (R - 598) and At Mayiladuthuai district under NABARD XXX – 2024-25

Clearing and scrub/ light jungle by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, scrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees up to 300mm girth

Picking the existing black top/ WBM surface to 50 MM depth including labour, hire charges d plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MOST specification.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out

Construction of subgrade for 300mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using stone dust obtained from quarry with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.( subgrade using stone dust to improve CBR 7 to 9))

Providing US Gravel with a lead of KM including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravel as per standard specification etc

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM/WBM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM/WBM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 c

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonalgrowth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
