OUTSOURCING FOR HOUSE KEEPING AND CONSERVANCY SERVICES FOR MES OFFICES AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Providing services for office related all types of Clerical Work like maintenance of reports and returns to include data entry in terms of compilation of various datas , generation of reports, keeping record of progress of works, stores,typing of letters, uploading of tender documents/ correspondence related to MES work and other day to day clerical job etc by the data entry operator all as directed by the section officers/officials in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 09.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs) with Four clerk (except Sunday and Holidays) complete all as specified and as directed.. This facility to be Provided at thirteen (13) sections of various MES formation i.e. GE (I) Navy Lonavla. Notes:- The rates quoted for "per month" include the wages for weekly day of rest and national holidays. Note:- The contractor shall employ the tradesmen having degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with three years experience of clerical work and sound khowledge of computer.

Providing services for office related Dak Dispatch and photocopying type of work in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 09.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs) with Two Peon (except Sunday and Holidays) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The contractor shall employ the tradesmen of minimum 10th standard pass with adequate experience of photocopying and other office related work.

Providing services for repair/rectification of various work removing and cleaning of all traps (Gully, Nahani & floor trap) sewage line and all types of cleaning works in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 09.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs) with Three MTS safaiwala (except Sunday and Holidays) . All the complaints to be attended and rectified within 08 hours of issue of complaint slip on day to day basis failing which recovery @Rs 250/- per complaints shall be deducted from the due payment of the contractor. (a) Tools and plant, transportation and safety equipment required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor (b) Store shall be issued 'free for fixing' by AGE B/R through proper gate pass. (c) All retrievied material shall be Govt property and shall be deposited to store yard of AGR B/R Lonavla and receipt be obtained. (d) Necessary safety equipments as decided by GE and as per standard Govt norms shall be provided by the contractor to their staff. (e) All trademen shall be suitably skilled and minimum 03(three) years of work experience to meet the work requirement.

Repair/rectification of various work (Mason work) service rendered by a cement work and with helper for attending various related complaints obtained from MEScomplaint cell for like Mason work, complete as assigned will be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge by deploying one team consisting One Mate mason , from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs for each complaint cell every day (excluding sunday). All the complaints to be attended and rectified within 08 hours of issue of complaint slip on day to day basis failing which recovery @Rs 250/- per complaints shall be deducted from the due payment of the contractor. (a) Tools and plant, transportation and safety equipment required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor (b) Store shall be issued 'free for fixing' by AGE B/R through proper gate pass. All the complaints to be attended and rectified within 08 hours of issue of complaint slip on day to day basis failing which recovery @Rs 250/- per complaints shall be deducted from the due payment of the contractor. (a) Tools and plant, transportation and safety equipment required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor.
