Providing and fixing of aluminum work for partition bult up sections approved made conforming of IS.1868 minimum AC coating 15 grade.

Providing /fixing of 12mm thick prelaminated partition board flat press end three layer or graded wood partition conforming IS 12823 grade Ist type 2nd with prelaminated partition board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door with rubber /gasket etc with float glass panes of 5mm thickness ( weight not less than 12.50kg/sqm)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick with 20mm normal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make, in all colors and shades laid on chemicals including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/post plates or like components including cost of screws etc complete (first class budloo /fir wood)

Dismantling of old plaster or shirting fand cleaning the surface of plaster including disposal of rubbish within 50mtr lead.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area of 2.5 sqm plater the wall surface with cement based (1:4 mix)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specific approved brand over the paltered wall surface to prepare the surface even smooth complete.

Distempering with oiled bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturing to give an even shade on walls ( two coats or more coats)

Applying primer coat with ready mix pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard and soft wood)

Providing and fixing with ready made pink or gray putty on wood work.

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade two or more coats applied @ 0.90lit /10sqm.

Providing and fixing of hardwire fittings for aluminum doors and windows ,handles, hinges, tower bolts, locks etc.

Providing and fixing ceiling plywood 6mm thick with wooden frame budloo, 2”x2” with necessary screw complete job
