To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least one financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.31.67 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number

The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.

The tenderer shall upload the scanned copy of the current Scheduled Caste Certificate issued in the prescribed format by the Competent Authority, from concerned Revenue Department through e-procurement portal along with the tender.

The tenderer shall upload the scanned copy of the Domicile Certificate for having been residing in the Karnataka State for not less than 10 years, issued by the Competent Authority from concerned Revenue Department through e-procurement portal along with the tender.
