Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making god disturbed ground (Post embedded in concrete, brick work) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with brick fly ash, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radis built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ecxept old size brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing own with works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering using ready mix plaster bags on brick/concrete surfaces of external walls finished even and fiar. Make - Ultratech, rediplaster, Birla Aeccrocem complete all as specified and directed : Note:- Contrator is required to deposit ready mix bags for 100% CM quantity to Engr-in-charge with in 15 days of acceptance.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any poisition not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters walk ways railing frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 for ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping, plinth courses etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, coping well be extra 5cm width or both side wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-25 grade in beams, plinth beam, lintals etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11.00 but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to side and soffits of floors or roof beam, beam, lintals shelve etc including supports rough finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete to embedded fencing post type B-2 (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel angle iron for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, driling holes, notching of wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of stanadard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measure) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling 50mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier halls etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils material not exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair face of brick to receive tile in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mx) M-25 grade for walls, footigs, including attached pilaster and buttressers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mx) M-25 grade for columns, pillars, piers posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in side of paver block, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the prenises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers column and stanctions flats rough finished surfaces flats rough finished surfaces of concrete square complete all as specified and directed.

Form work sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of column, raft and raft beams sides and soofits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
