Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying for two component elestomeric acrylic polimer modified cementitious water proofing coating on brick wall SmartCare Damp Block 2k or approved eqivalent having 1005 elengotation as per ASTMD412 , resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048 reduction to rapid chloried 70 as per ASTMC 1202 ,crack bridging up to 1.2 mmas per ASTM 4548.5 The Coating shall havefood grade Certificate from laboratories like CFTRI, will be applyon both Positive & Negative side and resist upto 5 Bars of Hydrostic pressure .The mixing ratio of coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing etc. After coating will sprinkle sand on the coating then theh apply plaster on the coating which is in contractor scope complete all as manufacture specification complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Steel props adjustable (Suspended/Supported) Scaffolding (6m -7 m) Hight , safety equipment for labours (Belt, hook, Helmet) shall deemed to be included in quoted rates .

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 by using water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured saparately

M &L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
