Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pavement/hard-standing laid in alternative panels, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 20-22 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment, including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness of 50mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble uncoursed stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but except stone

Hammer dressing to RR masonry wall (granite basalt/trap stone) uncoursed with maximum depresion of 40 mm from straight edge held against the surface complete (for area to be pointed)

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 Sq cm but not exc 250 Sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel Fe-410-W Gde E-250 or Fe-290 Gde E-165 round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc15 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia of shank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of posts, straining bolts,standard bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and including provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (Each line of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment).

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills or gratting etc with ends of bars welded of any size and any design including welding as in gates complete all as directed of Fe 290 Grade E-165.

M & L prepartion of old/new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide or Zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 1.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F in repair cat eyes/road studs for roadways sign permanent surface mounted type having tough poly carbonate micro replicated corner cube reflector lenses with a protective abrssion resistant ceramor coating having body of weather proof and impect resistant thermoplasit complete as per manufacturer,s instruction and as directed. (Colour :- Yellow/Red/Amber) Make: Series 290 of 3M or Road Star or Equivalent.

S&F in repair plastic speed bumbs (Speed breakers) not less 400 mm wide blocks & yellow colours fixed with necessary spikes/screws to the road surface etc. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr -in - Charge.
