Manufacturing, Testing & Supplying of 9 Mt PSC poles as per specifications for Chamarajanagara Division

The bidder shall be a PSC pole manufacturer and MSME Firm having his pole manufacturing unit located in CESC jurisdiction and should have a minimum 5 years of experience as a PSC pole manufacturer as on last date of bid submission.Documents to be uploaded: Bidder should upload MSME certificate issued by competent government authority and also upload Purchase Order -PO/ supply certificates issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer from any DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings indicating the same.

The bidder shall have an annual turnover 50% of the amount put to tender in any one of the last three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24). Documents to be uploaded: Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement of the last three years duly certified by Chartered Accountant

The Liquid Assets as on 15.06.2024 or at a later date before submission of the Bid, consisting of Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of fund based credit/OD facility in any Nationalized/scheduled Bank shall not be lesser than 25% of the amount put to tender of the individual bid enquiry. Documents to be uploaded: The Cash at Bank & Bank deposits shall be supported by certificate issued by Chartered Accountant and Solvency/ availability of fund based credit/OD facility shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized/scheduled Bank with whom the bidder has banking facilities.

The bidder should have supplied a total quantity of at least 40% of the tendered quantity of 9M PSC Poles during the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 put together directly to DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings. Documents to be uploaded:Bidder shall upload original/notarized copies of the Purchase Order (PO) along with supply certificates issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer from any DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings. 10% of the tendered quantity is reserved for bidder who has not got any direct Purchase orders from any ESCOMS/DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings but has supplied poles to Total/Partial Turnkey contractors in any ESCOMS in Karnataka subject to the following requirements. Bidders participating under 10% reserved quantity should have supplied a total quantity of at least 40% of the tendered quantity of 9M PSC Poles during the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 put together to Total/Partial turnkey contractor in any ESCOMS in Karnataka. Documents to be uploaded: Bidder shall upload original/notarized copies of the Purchase Order (PO) from Total/Partial Turnkey agencies along with supply certificates issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer in charge of the respective works from any DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings.

The bidder shall have a minimum manufacturing capacity to supply at least 10% of the tendered quantity per month as on the date of bid. Manufacturing centre will be subjected to inspection by the CESC authorities at their discretion. Documents to be uploaded: Self-declaration in this regard needs to be uploaded.

Bidder should not be black listed/defaulted by any DISCOMS/Transmission Utilities/State or Central Govt. Utilities/Undertakings. Documents to be uploaded: Self-declaration shall be uploaded by the bidder.
