REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE SOAK WELL SEPTIC TANK MANHOLES AND OTHER MISC IN STN UNIT AREA AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-IV OF GE (AWC) MHOW.

Attending day to day complaint for blockage in gully trap / WC / floor trap / nahani trap upto first manhole including necessary T&P for pumping / rodding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note:- The complaint slips to be collected from the complaint cell daily by the contractor or his authorised representative/ supervisor. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specifications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer-in-Charge duly signed by the users. In case of delay in clearing the complaint, the penalty to be imposed to the contractor at double the rate quoted rate for each complaint.

Cleaning of manholes including 100mm / 150mm dia bore sewage lines from manhole to manhole at a distance n.exc 30 m upto a depth of 1.50m from top of manhole to bottom of pipe line / channel by using high pressure, chasis mounted high flow jetting machine and getting out sludge / waste water from manholes by using suction machine of suitable capacity, well flushing the manholes & sewage lines after cleaning including disposing off sludge / waste water in low lying area out side MoD land and burrying in ground and covered with soil including necessary earth work etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The length of sewage line to be measured manhole to manhole/chamber for payment purpose.

Description same as per Item No. 2.00 above but 150mm / 200mm bore pipe upto a depth exc1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 m and distance between the manholes / chambers not exceeding 30 mtrs.

Description same as per Item No. 2.00 above but 200mm /250mm/300mm bore pipe upto a depth exc 3.00 m but n.exc 6.00 m and distance between manholes / chambers not exceeding 30 mtrs.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank/ manhole of any capacity, inclduing excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m in depth in mud in fould poistion by de-sludging, disilting and getting out all silt, sludge, organic and inorganic materials by manually / mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc. 500 mtr away from site and burrying in to pits and covered with earth including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. After complete cleaning of septic tank the manhole cover shall be re-fixed in same position with CM 1:4 and bleaching powder spread on top surface of septic tank @ 1 Kg per septic tank complete all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 7.00 but exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 3.0 m in depth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new Steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and evenly applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide complete all as spe ified and directed

Material and labour for broken brick coarse aggregate (brick bats) of size 0.63mm for soak well all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC incl. removing dubrish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

M&L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L non skid / mat finish ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type, all as specified and directed.

M&L, two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth.

M & L Blue Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding near entrance of Alucobond / Alstrong / Eurobond or approved equivalent make for external wall / column / canopy cladding in combination of solid / Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of specifications of ECCA / AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. the system shall be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufactures specification and shall withstand a wind pressure of 150 kg / sqm. all hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member, including taking down of old sheet alongwith all fittings, complete all as specified.
