7 The Agency/OEM have to enclose copies of Audited Balance Sheet for the Financial Years (FY 2022-23,FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25). Supporting Documents

8 The Agency/OEM must have Minimum Experience of (03) Three Years for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Bakery Plant Machineries and Accessories for Bakery Industries in any Organisation in India. Submit and Attach self attested scan copies of work order / completion certificate /Work in progress certificate in Annexure-II (Tech-3) Format

9 The Agency/OEM must have to submit specifications of the Bakery machines and accessories for production of Bakery Products i.e Bread,Cookies and Biscuits etc. Submit in Annexure-II (Tech-4) Format

10 The Agency must have to submit documents from their OEM as proof of the agency their authorized dealer for supply of Bakery Plant Machineries. Supporting Documents

11 The Agency/OEM must have to submit Performance Guarantee Test Report of all required Bakery Machineries issued by manufacturing Company/Government Institution. Supporting Documents

12 The Agency/OEM must have to submit duly sworn affidavit by notary to the effect that“This agency has not been blacklisted/debarred by any Central Government/State Government/PSU in India. (The bidders must have to submit the original hard copy too at the time of opening of Technical Bid). Submit in Annexure-II (Tech-5) Format
