M&L for repairing and servicing the reciprocating sem-hermetic compressor of 50 TR capacity of Make Accel of 3 x 50 TR ater cooled chiller type Central AC plant at Unchibassi,by opening the head covers, side inspection covers, crank case, valves assembly, both suction and discharge, check the wear and tear of the parts, cleaning the complete compressor with CTC/Petrol, flushing the capacity control loading and unloading circuit, reassembly the compressor by renewal of the defective spare parts and leak testing, charging R-22 gas and testing and commissioning the compressor including replacement of gasket set, 'O' ring set, suction and discharge ring plates, piston rings and star washers, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Motor rewinding of compressor, Gas, Spares & compressor oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.

Supply only the following spares of reciprocating sem-hermetic compressor of 50 TR capacity of water cooled chiller AC plant, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Accel for repair/replacement under item No 1 above.

Material and labour for dismantling and rewinding of compressor motor suitable HP of capacity 50 TR of central AC plant water cooled chiller type AC plant including cutting and removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, re-winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, re-winding the motor with superior quality enamelled copper winding wire duly ISI marked of suitable gauge for same Nos of coils and turns including insulation material such as sleeves, authorised fiber glass, cotton/PVC tape, varnish etc. reassembling the motor and refixing the same with chiller unit of capacity 50 TR and testing the same for the minimum period of 24 Hours, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing the following spares for refrigerant circuit of 3 x 50 TR of central AC plant water cooled chiller type AC plant suitable for repair/replacement under item No 3 here-in-above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out servicing/overhauling, repairs and maintenance of cooling tower 3 x 50 TR water cooled chiller type central AC plant by dismantling/taking down the CT fan motor of flange mounted extended type shaft upto 2 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, alongwith fan assembly, and including cleaning and removal of scales, inspection, cleaning and replacement of PVC fills, PVC eliminator, FRP louvers, motor cover, splash cups etc. complete including renewal of all corroded bolts & nuts, terminal block, and re-assembling, fixing in position, fixing of fan blade, and alignment of the fan blade for the suitable air throw of the cooling tower, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive paint after preparation of surfaces, testing and commissioning the cooling tower motor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note (a). The spares such as fan assembly, eliminator, louvers, splash cups etc. deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The rates inclusive for all T&P , chemicals required for claning, FRP compound, nut bolts etc. complete for keeping the cooling tower in operation condition.

Supply and fixing in repair for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 10000 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) on the existing platform including taking down old one and making all necessary water supply connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging refrigerant R-22 complete one time for topping up or making full qty as per the pressure requirement of plant and testing for any leakage and rectifying the same as directed by Engineer in Charge and testing on full load condition for 8 Hrs period.

Supply only compressor oil for carrying out repairs under relevant items above, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 100mm Dial Suction Pressure gauge suitable for R-22 Gas service with suitable adapter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 100mm Dial Discharge Pressure gauge suitable for R-22 Gas service with suitable adapter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of 100mm Dial Oil Pressure gauge suitable for R-22 Gas service with suitable adapter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of capacity control valve of 3 way connection and suitable to operate in 230 volts , 50 Hz AC for SMC series ACCEL make compressor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of the Air handling units 8000 CFM capacity (Water cooled chiller type central AC plant) with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying he organic based scale removing agen (Vanikin) at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust and scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve greasing of blower motor checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for descaling of condenser of 50 TR chiller plant by draining condenser water from equipments and pipes. Recirculating water inside the pipes with descaling liquid solution (Carbon Tetra Chloride Solution) and flushing out 3-4 times. Recirculating fresh water inside the pipes and flushing out five to six times so that descaling liquid is completely cleaned out along with scales from the pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling defective/ US chiller water monoblock pumpset from existing supply and send in workshop for repair by split opening and change the brunt/ damage parts with bronze impeller, mechanical seal, with necessary base frame etc for recirculation of chiller water pumps 20 LPS 40M head all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling defective/ US chiller water monoblock pumpset from existing supply and send in workshop for repair by split opening and change the brunt/ damage parts with bronze impeller, mechanical seal, with necessary base frame etc for recirculation of chiller water pumps 25 LPS 20M head all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling the defective induction motor of any make, any duty or any class of insulation from the bed, duly coupled with pump/compressor, transporting to workshop, removing burnt out winding from stator/rotor, re-winding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make and replacing drive and non drive end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating, re-assembling, testing and commissioning of the following capacities. Note : Motor removed for re-winding shall be overhauled completely and quoted rate is inclusive for the same.

M&L for taking down mono block type water pumps of 10 to 20 HP by disconnecting the power supply cables, water lines both inlet & outlet, providing dummy flanges with gasket and overhauling pump sets, renewal of the worn out gland packages/seal pack, bearings, bushes and gasket packing, greasing cleaning & removal of the scale in impeller, assembling the pump sets fixing in position, inter connecting the suction & discharges, connecting up the cable, testing and commissioning the following capacity pumps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 3 pole power contactor of 40 to 63 Amp rated operational current carrying capacity (AC 3 duty), with coil operating voltage 230 volt /415 volt AC 50 Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs overload relay with operating range 40 to 63 A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair butterfly valves of 50mm sizes as per IS-13095, PN 1.0 rated including connected accessories such as rubber gasket, nut bolts etc. complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No 23 here-in-above for 80mm.

Supply & fixing in repair pre filter for AHU having 90% down to 10 Microns complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Insulation of 65mm dia M S Pipe with nitrile insulation of 25 mm thick final finished with 26 G aluminium cladding complete of sizes as shown including dismantling old worn out cladding.

Supply & fixing in repair of capacity control solenoid valve of 3 way connection and suitable to operate in 230V 50Hz AC for SMC series ACCEL make compressor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs spares for electric panel of 3 x 50 TR water cooled chiller type central AC plant under relevant items :-

M&L in replacement of contactor range 100 to 160 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement over head relay range between 100 to 160 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of contactor CN-3 range 12-18A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of single phase preventer, complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 630 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F onload changeover switch with sheel metal enclosure of size 630 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, Foundation filling of poles or stays.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009). Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specified and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid of old size, complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks of any size/type laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and laying in replacement cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 16 Sq mm 2 core. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning, cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Schedule

Supply and laying in repairs syntheic insulating mat of size 2m x 1m and 2mm thick for up to 3.3 KV volts made from syntheic insulating material, free from any insertions leading to detoriation of insulating properties. Note: The upper surface should have small aberration (Rough Surface) with out edges to avoid slippery effects. The mat should be fire retardent & self extiguishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out/opening of the non-functional 3 phase servo voltage stabilizer of any description in any position for taking out unserviceable / defective wiring & parts, cleaning and servicing complete renewal of unserviceable parts complete, draining-out of oil for repair work renewal of unserviceable wiring with new copper wire cable of existing size, reassembling, connecting testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for three phase 250 KVA capacity. Notes:- (i) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ at supply only rates but fixing of the parts replaced/repaired/renewed is deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Tenderer Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for all transporting charges including loading/unloading to workshop and back where required complete all as specified.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
