Taking down carefully copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, bracket, light fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated (unsheathed) cable 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) multy stranded FRLS Copper conductor 1100 volts grade and continous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor to comman earth in and including new PVC conduit chasing and with new sunken boxes for piano switches/sockets & sheet and frame for piano/Modular switches/sockets/Regulator (incl cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following (Note :- Sunken boxes, modular frame, plate etc as required at site are included in the quoted rate)

(a) For one light/fan/bell point controlled by one 6 Amp one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin 6 Ampere socket outlet point on the same board, controlled by other switch complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 hereinbefore but with 2.5 Sqmm size cable multy stranded FRLS copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board including continous copper solid conductor connecting to comman earth dolly completed all as specified and directed ny Engineer-in-charge for the following - (Note :- Sunken boxes, modular frame, plate etc as required at site are included in the quoted rate)

Supply and fixing SMD LED panel recess/surface suspended mounting 36 watt 2' x 2' LED ceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of 170-230 Volts, 50HZ complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 X 50 mm, 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement metal clad plug top 2 pin 240 volt AC of capacity 15 /20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement metal clad socket 2 pin 240 volt AC of capacity 15 /20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single phase propeller type ventilating (Exhaust fan ) AC 230 volts 350 mm sweep, metal body Heavy duty motor, complete with lourvers and shutters complete all as per specified and directed. Make : Havells, Crompton Greaves, Bajaj.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 04 pole, 160Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz (as per sample required on ground), with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair, MCCB, 04 pole, 100Amps, 415 volts, 25 KA, 50Hz (as per sample required on ground), with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, complete with extension links and making connection in panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for DBs (Double door type) when MCBs to be used single pole and neutral 8 ways including blanking plate as required with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed sunk/flush to the wall or niche complete all as specified and as directed including necessary brick work and plaster to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 160 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 6-32 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal encloser single pole and meutral , with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring two single core 4Sqmm(nominal area) multi-strand copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unseathed cable drawn in and including non metalic PVC regid conduit medium grade of suitable size with all standerd fittings, concealed including one run of continous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 2.5 sqmm for earth continuty, including taking out and removal of old sub main wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealed conduit and making good incement mortar(1:4) or PCC (1:2:4)

Supply , laying jointing and commissioning, LT under gound cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric powder cable (heavy duty) with alumininum conductor cross sectional are 35 Sqmm 3.5 core LT, 1100 volts grade , laid in trenches , along poles or passing with through pipe or laid under floor or through/ on walls etc, including taking out old cable with protection bricks and removal, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earth work , sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipes for protection shall be measured and paid for separtely.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

M&L, locally available , sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protectionprependicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and GI washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe, funnel, wire mesh. Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 for pit and RCC pit cover. The extra cost of the water- ing pipe,bends,elbows shall be included in the unit rate.Note : RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4type B-1 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using galvanized iron strip 32X6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board, and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber (alongwith test point) pit with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part I, dismanteling of existing unserviceable erth pit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested (Including CPRI type tested certificate ) LT panel board cubical outdoor type of size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.40 mtrs, plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bar of rating 400 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for platform of suitable size etc all as deviated with the following fitments:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volt 250 amp rating bracking capacity 36 KA incoming (Adjustable Overload 40-100%). (b) Bus bar: Providing suitable size of Bus bar of aluminium 400 amp rating with coloured heat shrinkable insuated sleeves 415 volts as per IS of suitable size mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator

Supply and fixing louvers of exhaust fan suitable for 300/380/450 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing chemical earthing of advance system of Copper pipe Chemrode 3 mtrs long 50mm dia and inner strip of copper as earthing electrodesand filled with conducting concrete back fill compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends. Top of the earth electrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connecting the strip/wire to the load. To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, each earthing pit shall be provided with minimum 03 bags of 25 kgs chemical compound. An arrangement for connection of copper cable suitable size from rod to be made with given Terminal point with SS Nut Bolts, provision of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil, the desired value of resistance should be less than 1 Ohm, Entire work will be executed by OEM, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
