Taking down of window/split AC 1.5/2.0 tonne of any make opening complete. Servicing of AC components carefully as cleaning with chemical solution and soft nylon brush and change of air filters,tightnining of loose screw, checking wiring connection and rectification complete assembling the same with body balancing and fixing in position and testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of unserviceable major parts as required shall be measured and paid separetaly under relevant items under this BOQ. Note:- Rate are included in quoted by contractor for following items are as under:- (a) fixing the cooling unit with grouting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe & water drainage pipe (b) S &F PVC Pipe 15/20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for water drainage pipe of required length at site. (c ) Insulation of both the copper pipes with insulating material and covering the complete pipe with PVC casing & capping of size 75x75 mm/ reqd size of mechanical protection of copper pipe complete. (d) charging of correct qty of refrigerant gas after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load to obtain 18 degree Celsius temperature at specified amps. (e) Length of copper tubing as per site requirement shall be supply and fix by contractor. (f) All other connected civil work & other misc work reqd for installation of split AC for proper functioning as directed by EIC.
