Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 mtr high galvanised mast light suitable for 180 km/hr wind speed and suitable for mounting max 06 Nos of lantern symetrically fitted alongwith their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminous mounting arm, fully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightening arrester, spikes including RCC foundation (As per drawing attached as Appx B or as per drawing provided by OEM) incl bolts, nuts, anchor plate and template complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) High mast should be installed under guidence of company Engineer. (ii) Excavation, returning, filling and removal deemed to be incl in the item rate.

Supply and fixing for LED flood light fitting 140 Watts, having Pressure die cast housing with IP65 Efficient high output emitter LED for better distribution, protection with heat resistant toughned glass with individual LED lenses complete including MS Clamps of suitable size , making connection with street light box or OH line using PVC insulated and sheathed single core multi stranded alumn conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for laying cables, stays, foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc. 50m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from the starting point completeall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cables all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and Laying un-reinfirced precast cable cover,class LV,Type I,flat,size 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvaniserd steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts with stranded aluminum counductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core

Earthing complete with 32 x 6 mm galvanised MS strip and steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
