Note : Work is to be executed in Bldg of G+4 stories and necessary scaffolding rates included in the above item quoted rate.

Note: In Shaft area, working space is very congested, which may cause major power wastage. Hence, contractors are requested to visit the site before quoting the tender.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling with ready mix plaster (as manufacturr's instructions ) in patches on faces of bricks or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Work is to be executed in Bldg of G+4 stories and necessary scaffolding rates included in the above item quoted rate.

M&L for complete removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall/ceiling by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 ich/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc complete Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickeness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall/ceiling after scrapping to prepare the surface with machenical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Applying the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully autometic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats on newly prepared surface with Graco-490 spray machine, of Green Pro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Emulsion as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6sqm/ltr over and including exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall/ceiling surface over a coat of primer using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
