Repairing / fabrication of Head Gear Structure (Old and Damaged) of 4 No Pit and 5 No. Pit (Dismantling and Newly Making) as per recommendation of Structural audit carried out at Chapui Khas Colliery Under Satgram- Sripur Area

Part A:Repairing/fabrication of head gear structure

Head gear foundation complete broken by compressor hammer machine by vibrating machine by suitable different types of special arrangement both side.

After broken the foundation has cutting using DA+Oxygen, cuttlng electrode, special type of grinder, face grinding with all type of cutting stones, grinding stones both side.

Head gear complete old and used structure dismantling by the arrangement of temporary platform making around head gear structure lime bamboo, coconut coir, pipe, side of safe work Plank ( Takhta) etc. both.

Dismantling cutting old bolts nuts from head gear structure grinding and Revit cutting both side of head gear

After revit and bolt cutting head gear structure cutting by welding electrode gas cutting with safety belt warred skilled man power for safe work in both side

Both side head gear dismantling, after cutting by the help of boom crane 45Tone other place of Colliery both side

Platform removes (Opening) after dismantling both side of structure.

Complete both side head gear leg structure new fabrication both side 1st by required materials at colliery site as bellow.
