Aluminium section frame work. Providing ,cutting , fabricating & fixing hollow pipe frame of approved make in line, level and in portion of aluminum sections size - 50 x 50 x 2 mm heavy quality sections or any other sections on available as per site condition to be fabricated in ‘C’ shape and of size -150 x 450 mm firmly fixed on wall using anchor fastener of 8mm dia.at 600 mm C/c with aluminum angle cleats of size – 50 mmx 50 mm x 6 mm length ( 1 No) per element or any other sections available as per site condition and cleats shall be provided on both side of the sections . The joint of the frame sections shall be properly fixed with necessary cleats etc. Complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. Mode of measurement: Net fixed materials required will be calculated and will be considered for payment. All done in workmanlike manner as instructed by Bank’s Engineer. The rate shall be quoted inclusive of scaffolding required for the work. Note: - It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide the frame work with required bending & stiffness without any bulging / buckling. The work carried out.

12 mm thick Ply wood with veneer finish Providing and fixing minimum 12 mm thick IS 710 grade water proof ply of approved make over the above skeleton aluminum frame work in below portion using approved required size screws @ minimum spacing of 300 c/c. i.e. on one surface of the skeleton frame work finished flush over the entire exposed surface of the frame fixed by using approved metal screws starting from all four corners. Finishing the exposed surface of the ply boards by pasting 3 to 4 mm thick Veneer of approved brand, texture and shade on exposed surface or exposed edges by using approved resin in suitable panel form with nail point grooves matching with existing decoram.The basic price of Veneer shall be considered as Rs. 1300/-per sqm. The above basic price is excluding GST and inclusive of transport, loading-unloading & stacking at site etc. The rate shall include required scaffolding, taking away waste material out of Bank’s Premises. All done in workmanlike manner as instructed by Bank’s Engineer. Mode of measurement: Net fixed area shall be considered while measurement.

Teak wood moulding Providing & fixing teak wood designer moulding of clear size 50 mm x 50 mm of approved design to be fixed at required location with least joint with necessary hardwares/fixtures etc. The rate shall include required scaffolding, taking away waste material out of Bank’s Premises. All complete in all respect as directed by the Bank's Engineer. The quoted rates are inclusive scaffolding. Mode of measurement: Net fixed volume shall be considered while measurement.

Melamine polish work Providing and applying 2 or more coats of semi matt finish machine spray melamine polish of approved make preferably of approved make, preparing the surface before application of melamine so as to obtain fine premium mirror finish polishing over the Veneer / carving panel surface including surface preparation etc. complete done in workman manner all as directed by the Banks Engineer. The rate shall include required scaffolding, taking away waste material out of Bank’s Premises.

Designer wooden Carving panel Providing & fixing designer machine made of approved design carving using 1st quality Sagwan wood of approve size or any other size and 12 mm clear thickness including necessary hardware etc. complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. The design of carving on front portion panel as per attached drawing. The carved panel shall be fixed on the front panel ply provided in item No.03. The rate shall include required scaffolding, taking away waste material out of Bank’s Premises. The Mode of measurement: Net fixed designer area shall be considered while measurement. All done in workmanlike manner as instructed by Bank’s Engineer. Note:- The rates are inclusive of one sample of carving design to be submitted for approval.
