Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting at OMC to achieve 98 percent of maximum of dry density (modified PROCTOR density) with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller including filling in soft spots, depression etc., which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level and gradient including watering before and during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.
150mm (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) compacted in two layers of 75mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of specified grading as per MORTH including spreading, rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver and tandom vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity 8 to 15 tonne or compaction at Optimum Moisture Content to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code, laid in layers of consolidated thickness all as specified and directed.
Dry lean concrete (DLC) of compacted thickness 100 mm thick with 7 days compressive strength of 10 N/mm² with minimum cement content as per Design mix, but not less than 290 kg cement per CUM, using grading as per MORTH specification Table 600-1, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory power roller of capacity exceeding 8 ton and not exceeding 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.
300mm thick PQC work with minimum flexural strength 45 Kg per Sq cm in field in pavement slabs, using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre ,design mix, laid with mechanical paver as specified and consolidated in bays to required gradient and camber including necessary steel form work and using non-circular triangular synthetic fibre Recron 3S of 12mm size @ 0.25% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Nothing shall be paid over and above 400kg/Cum cement if the design mix report specifies. (ii) Non circular triangular synthetic fibre shall be measured and paid separately.
Forming construction joint 8mm wide and 25mm deep with diamond cutter and provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 10mm dia and sealed with 12mm (minimum depth of above back up rod) including pitch free polyurethane sealant conforming to BS-5212(type FB) Gde 'A' priming the surface as recommended by manufactures instruction and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top of the surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after the sealant is applied. The sealant should have MAF(+)30 % and manufacture's performance warranty of 10 years, complete all as specified.

Supply only non circular synthetic polyster fibre of length 12mm with circumcircle diameter 30-35 micron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specfic gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 confirmity to type-III fibre ASTM-C:1116. recron, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make:- Reliance Industries or equivalent as approved by CWE.
Finishing surfaces of quality concrete pavement by brooming with broom while concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed
