Taking down old / defective copper/Aluminium point wiring of any surface type (light, fan, socket or power) from the existing locations complete including fixture and fittings such as sunken boxes, laminated sheets along with switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cutiing chases / grooves etc on walls / ceilings as applicable as per site shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade copper multistranded conductor for the following surface type in and including new PVC conduit of any size, complete with all PVC conduit and accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, along with modular suitable factory made Sunken boxes concealed including all cutting/chases as applicable etc to accomodate modular plates, covers modular switches & sockets etc in walls and including PVC insulated copper earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable green colour connected to common earth dolly complete making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for One light / fan / bell point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cutting / grooving / chiseling required as applicable for taking out concealed wiring will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable copper conductor multi standed of size 4.0 Sqmm FRLS, including one 2.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity drawn through in and including new PVC non mettallic rigid conduit/casing of suitable size concealed/surface type including all accessories complete including taking down existing submain wiring with conduit pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: - Two run of 4.0sqmm cable, one run 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable copper conductor multi standed of size 6.0 Sqmm FRLS, including one 4sqmm copper cable as earth continuity drawn through in and including new PVC non mettallic rigid conduit/casing of suitable size concealed/surface type including all accessories including taking down existing submain wiring with conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: - Two run of 6.0sqmm cable , one run of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for coping of poles and foundation of stay complete all as specified.

Supply and fix electric energy meters domestic type 10-60 Amps AC, single phase, digital type, static energy meter of accuracy calss 1.0 ,working on 240 volts 50 Hz, with back lit LCD display with special features like TOD, tamper logging, optical communication port & display in absence of power all as per L&T Model No WM101BC7DDHBOX , 10-60 Amps including meter box or equivalent make of HPL/Secure including taking down existing unserviceable meters of any type and depositing to AGE E/M Store Yard.

Cutting chases, pinning in, where required for concealed conduit wiring, and making good disturbed surfaces to match with adjacent surfaces including pointing in cement mortar 1:3, girth not exceeding 15 cm on brick / PCC block masonry / concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED building security light fitting 25W with lamp including 20mm medium grade GI Tube of suitable length as a bracket with clamp including taking down old existing fittings complete all as per Make : Astro neo of Crompton , Cat No : LSTS-25-CDL-M or equivalent model of Philips/Havells/ Wipro/Bajaj as approved by GE.

Supply and fix outdoor type LED post of lantern light fitting of 38 watts comprising of epoxy powder coated hsg, enclosed with glass cover in frame , with protection complete with all accessories and lamp colour white and fixing all as specified and directed . Make Havells Model No LHEVBGP6K040 or techno equivalent in Philips/ Wipro/Bajaj as approved by GE.

Supply and fix ultra modern recessed mounting luminare full open 2 x 2 tile , Glare free uniform illumination with longer life and less maintenance 36 W. Make : Crompton Greaves CAT No L/CT/LRP-24-FO-CDL or equivalent approved model in Philips/ Wipro/Bajaj as approved by GE, complete with 3 core sheathed copper flexible 1 sqmm wire upto light fitting and PVC connector complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old / unserviceable / burnt MCB DBs including MCBs of any type / size / rating, from existing positions carefully, making good disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces as per site conditions complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix, MCB DB SPN 12 way (Horizontal), double door with Sheet metal enclosure, flush mounted, prewired, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz, Factory made, powder coated, IP-42 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : i) All unused modules shall be provided with blanking plate for which the cost is deemed to be included in the cost of MCB DBs. ii) MCB/ Isolators will be measured and paid separately as supply and fix under respective items.

Supply and fixing MCCB 415 V 4 pole 160 Amps 25 KA using copper lugs for terminations including taking down old MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 415 V 100 Amps 10 KA using copper lugs for terminations including taking down old MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 32/40 Amp 240 Volts 10 KA C curve using copper lugs for terminations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 63 Amp 240 Volts 10 KA C curve using copper lugs for terminations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 - 40 Amp 240 Volts 10 KA C curve using copper lugs for terminations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 - 32 Amp 240 Volts 10 KA C curve using copper lugs for terminations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply laying of cable of XLPE insulated armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4 core, in tenches / on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, connecting , testing and commissioning for building service connections including taking down the exisitng unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- Earthwork, sand filling, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth; for laying of cables and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Supply and lay unreinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level and complete earth plate connected to GI wire 4 mm by brazing only earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 15 mm dia bore from earth plate electrode and upto in and including the earth test point including 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel,wire mesh. alternate 5 layers of charcoal & salt crystal and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed,PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , RCC (m) Cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways including RCC Pit Cover etc watering the earth pit to acheive earth resistance below 02 Ohm incl testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- GI wire 4 mm,GI Tubing 15 mm light grade upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply and fix, one side retro reflective sign boards, made of 3 mm thick coloured ACP (aluminimum composite panel) sheet of make Alstrong / Aludecor/ Alucobond/ Eurobond/ Armstrong as approved by GE, including writing / pasting of words / figures / numbers / logos of any size / pattern & height with self adhesive reflective transparent prismatic engineering grade tape (Radium tape) of approved make complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i) The words / figure / number / logos, shall be computer aided machine cut, iii) Earthwork & excavation if necessary will be measured and paid for under respective items. iv) Quoted rate shall include for necessary scaffolding etc for fixing of board at required heights.

Taking down unserviceable cable protection pipe, Supply and Fixing on walls / pole with clamps / laid in trenches, 50 mm bore Galvanized iron tubing, light grade, as cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
