Cleaning of shurbs /bushes arround the septic tank, filter bed, manholes and along the sewage line complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of manhole etc and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no.02 above but exceeding 1.50 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr dept complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no.03 above but exceeding 1.50 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr dept complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning filling including spearding levelling watering and well ramming in layer n. exc. 25 cm in harddest soil copmplete all as specified & directed.

Removing of soil to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for providing cement concrete in foundations 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channel complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone wall surface including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid administure for concrete / mortar (Make: CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc/ PLASTOCRETE PLUS OF SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of dia 150 mm including making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of dia 200 mm including making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old brick bats of any size from filter bed , segregating serviceable brick bats & unserviceable brick bats removing the waste materials from site and cleaning surfaces of serviceable brick bats by flushing with water , keeping aside serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified and as directed .

Labour only loose filling with old brick bats into the filter bed complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for loose filling with broken brick aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm into filter bed complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

De-sludging and cleaning of septic tank , manhole, sludge chamber etc by manual digging out and lifiting of concentrated sludge including dewatering and cleaning , removing silt , sludge , sludge water and any othert foreign materials and depositing the same into excavated pits exceeding 1.5 m depth at places ( n.exc 50 m ) as directed by the Engr-in-charge returning and filling in excavated earth after depositing sludge including sludge water and sprinkling bleaching powder over surrounding area and removing surplus excavated soil to nearby areas complete all as specified and as directed. (Measurement shall be made for sludge incl sludge water .)

Taking out of gully trap cover and CI grating and cleaning of sludges / silt from gully traps including rodings SGSW /CI pipe and gully trap to first manhole ( length n,exc 3 m ) and placing the existing CI grating , gully trap cover etc in original position including removing of rubbish / sludge outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed
