REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, WALL MOUNTED FAN, TABLE FAN AND OTHER CONNECTED E/M WORKS AT AFS MOHANBARI UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI.

Amount

Taking down ceiling fan any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully false celing wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosine oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of bush bearing, locking nut, screw, split pin, check nut, rubber real wherever required tightening of stator up and bottom cover in position; washing body, blades, canopies with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavaties with suiatble filler ,testing and re - hanging fan and false ceiling in position and making electric connection using 0.5 Sqmm copper three core cable (length not exceeding 0.5 meter) from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Spare wherever required to be renewed shall be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.)

Material and labour for checking of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm after taking down the fan carefully and removing from site to workshop including rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat varnishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of bearings & other moving parts and replacement of split pin, jam nut and rubber bush and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repair/maintenance of ceiling fan of any sweep at any height by replacing unserviceable capacitor, tightening the loose connections if any including testing for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note: Capacitor of required capacity shall be measured & paid under respective item.)

Taking down of exhaust fan/wall mounted fan/pedestal fan/table fan upto 450 mm sweep, opening, replacement of unserviceable accessories, oiling, greasing, complete overhauling of fan and re-assembling and testing complete for efficient functioning after fixing/hanging in position including provision of 0.5 sq mm copper three core cable (length not exceeding 0.5 metre) from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repair/maintanance of exhaust fan/wall mounted fan/ table fan/pedestal fan (of any sweep) by replacing unserviceable capacitor/tightening the loose connections if any including testing for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note: Capacitor of required capacity shall be measured & paid under respective item.)

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fans upto 1400 mm sweep carefully, dismantling fan blades and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixed in repairs MS clamp made out of 25 mm x 6 mm thick flat iron, including nuts and bolts, washers and "S" hook made out of 25 mm dia MS round bar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixed in repairs MS down rod heavy duty made out of 20mm dia MS tube 1mm thick wall thickness for hanging of ceiling fan and fixing including joist of suitable size, bolts, nuts, washers, 2 no. of rubber insulator and driliing holes as required. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixed in repairs plastic ventilation exhaust fan 200 mm sweep including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixed in repairs plastic ventilation exhaust fan 250 mm sweep including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for tubes 'Medium grade' galvanised of size 50mm bore in short lengths with all fittings and fixed complete between walls for hanging of ceiling fan etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixed in repairs energy meter single phase two wire 240 V, 10-60 A Class 1.0 Prepaid meter as per IS 15884, 50 Hz, complying to IP51, with LCD display, KWh LED, encrypted STS based token system including CIU unit and enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Make. L&T cat no. WM101BC7ASPREPAIDB or equivalent of Siemens/ Havells India Ltd/ Secure Meters/ Schneider (Note: 1. Old Energy meter will be deposited in MES store yard by contractor without any extra cost. 2. Rate quoted for prepaid meter shall be inclusive of software loading and training of MES personnel. )
