Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of air-cooled Hi-Wall Inverter split type air conditioners of following capacities comprising Indoor and Outdoor Units with factory-charged Rotary/Scroll compressors (R-32/R-410A) including surface/concealed copper refrigerant piping insulated with closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape (up to 3 m), FRLS type copper power cable (up to 3.5 m) with suitable plug top, 3 meters of drain pipe, and wireless remote control with suitable battery. The system shall operate on 230V, 50Hz (±tolerance as per applicable standard), single-phase AC supply, providing cooling, dehumidification, and air circulation functions conforming to IS-1391 (Part-II ) with all amendments, and shall be capable of efficient performance at outdoor ambient temperatures up to 50°C, with a minimum 5- year OEM warranty on both the compressor and PCB. Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : a) 15.86 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm [Draft SOR Final Copy Item no. 3/3.04]

b) 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm [Draft SOR Final Copy Item no. 3/3.01]

Supply & Laying of 4 core 2.5 sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable with gas line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection/communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type AC m/c.(Make- Havells/Finolex/KEI/Polycab as approved by E.I.C)

Supply & laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction EIC. [Draft SOR Final Copy Item no. 5]

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S. Angle of size (50 mm x 50 mmx6mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 3.0/4.0 TR ceiling concealed AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 40 mm x40mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform is 2Mtr. x 1Mtr. or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying 1.1 KV grade 3 core 4 sqmm flexible copper Cable with screw, saddle,drill machine nut bolt etc all necessary items needed for connection. (from starter to A.C outdoor Connection)(make: Havels/ Polycab/ Finolex/ ee/ Gloster as per approved by EIC)

Supply & fixing automatic single phase AC starter of 21Amp capacity equipped with Timecheck, Voltcheck & Ampcheck and 3-digit display (Make- Electron-model no.-OPL-3+ or equivalent model of LT/Legrand as per dierction of E.I.C) to be fixed on wall and S & F 4 module a1 modular type switchboard on wallincl. making necessary connections with PVC cu. wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene / PVC rigid pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required [E-9/1] a) 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC [ E-9/1(v)]

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works (E-16 / 7) a) 25 mm size
