Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and reparing to broken jambs/reveals with plaster incl. white washing or distempering with putty as per exiting surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts, plastering of jambs/ reveals incl. white washing or distempering with putty and no separate items for these shall be paid).

S&F factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood polymer composite) - door shutter 35 mm thick (Moulded) single rebated made from wood polymer composite (single extruded process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder /Ruce hush/ Wheat Husk) and Minimum compressive strength of 58N/min2, modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water / Moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed dia and length, all as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineer -in- charge (Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company)

Supply and fixing of 35 mm thick, factory made, gauged and skeleton shutters from 2nd class hardwood (hollock), open rebated, prepared to receive gauge, glass etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chaimfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass, guage etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, members kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC hollow door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet cut at corner and jointed with 02 Nos., 150 mm long brackets of size 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tubes 19 gauge including vertical door profiles reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm steel square tube of 19 gauge (EPDM) rubber gasket weather seal provided through out the frame and fixing to wall with 65/100 mm long mild steel screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners (minimum of 04 Nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical number and minimum 02 Nos. for horizontal member), complete all as specified.

S & F PVC factory made shutter solid, PVC moulded prelam sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face door shutter with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design in framing at site as per specifications & drawings.

Supply & fixed steel windows box type ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skelton shutter 30mm thick jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges handle tower bolts, stops lugs,grill etc all as shown in drawing CECZ TD -219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete Note :- For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame and grill shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Glazing,wire mesh & painting shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussest plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc, to be prepared for hanging and sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hnging door fittings and fixing complete confirming to gde Fe 290 (Gde E-165)

Taking down existing aluminium door shutter with frame area exceeding 1 Sqm and re-fixing in same opening after repair/replace the defective parts (any type of aluminium section) complete.Note : Aluminium parts will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodized aluminium for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality plain or tinted and glazing with rubber gasket in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade both side decorative choice laminations fixed in aluminium frame work.

S&F in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutter of weight between 61 to 80 Kg of aluminium (Die cast) body complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass upto tripple storey bldgs (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in a square n exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane

Supply & fixing of Cabinet Shutters made out from high density PVC solid fibre board of 18mm thick duly laminate with 2mm thick prelam PVC sheet of Front face.Cut to length of size & shape as directed. ( Make: Rajshri/ Sintex.)

Supply & fixing of self closing Casement type hinges 90/180 degree fix at site as per the directed. (Make: Haffle, Dorma)

Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel type curtain rod 22 to 25mm dia as per sample including taking down existing curtain rod.

Supply & fixing of purpose made brackets trade pattern for stainless steel decorative type curtain rods suitable for holding 22 to 25mm dia as per sample as in repair.

Supply & fixing of stainless steel decorative fincals (round type with mirror optic finish) trade pattern for decorative type curtain rods suitable for 22 to 25mm dia curtain rods as per sample as in repaie complete all as specified.

M&L for 18/19mm thick MDF boards, interior grade, commercial type, prelaminated with decorative face both side, fixed with screws to timber frame-work

Taking down old projected type hinges & supply and fixing in position box type hinges to steel windows/ ventilators including necessary welding, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or grith over primed wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces compelte.

M&L two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or grith not otherwise described over shop coated red oxide primed surface including preparation of surfaces complete.
