Dry AC maintenance, also known as AC dry service, involves cleaning and drying the AC's internal components without using water: 1) Cleaning Filters: Remove and clean the air filters with water, vacuum cleaner, or a cleaning brush. 2) Cleaning the Indoor Unit: Clean the indoor drain tray and exterior components with a dry cloth or blower. 3) Outdoor Unit Cleaning: Clean the outdoor unit with a blower to remove dust and debris. (2 times a year for 2 year for 81 nos AC = 2 X 2 X 81= 324 each);

Wet maintenance of installed Air Conditioners: A. Clean the indoor unit:Remove the filter and wash it with water or vacuum it. Clean the indoor unit's outer shell and fan blades with a cloth and cleaning solution, if needed. Use a water jet pump (if available) to clean the evaporator coils, ensuring water flows freely. B. Clean the outdoor unit:Clean the condenser coils with a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt, debris, and leaves. If using a water jet pump, gently spray the condenser coils to remove stubborn dirt and debris. Check for any blockages in the drainage line and clear them with a mixture of water and mild detergent. C. Dry the unit:Use a clean cloth or towel to wipe down the unit and remove any excess water. Let the unit air dry completely before reconnecting the power. (Once a year for 2 years for 81 nos AC = 2 X 81= 162 nos.)
