S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ S & F Ceosetory windows and other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with and including MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisturproof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with and including stainless steel concealed hinges of required size with necessary S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

S & F for aluminum powder coated (powder coated of required colour) three track (2 Nos Glazed shutter & 1 Nos Gauzed shutter) sliding windows frame top & sides of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.50mm (section No 20831) bottom of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.50mm (Section of 20832) and shutter top & bottom of size 40 x 18 x 1.55 (section 20738) and lock side shutter frame of size 40 x 15 x 1.45mm (Section 20737) with rubber gasket, beading and locking arrangement including making good to the disturbed portion complete including stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia with 1.40mm average aperture and fixed with stainless steel wire staples and fixing 5mm thick glass with necessary rubber beading gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,Aluminium Louvers all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified .

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised type B-21 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 150 mm size aluminium handles, cast type, anodized and fixed complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 200 mm size aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified & as directed.
