Poviding and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling weith smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density , complete as per specifications and direcation of Engineer -in Charge 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 3.50% (percentage) by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.
Repair to pot holes and removal of loose materials, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat 20mm (twenty millimeters) thick premix carpet and seal coat type B as per specification clause 1904.2, (one thousand nine hundred four point two), 503 (Five hundred three) and 508.1 (five hundred eight point one) of MORD specification, and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.
