Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site area and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified & directed by Engg in Charge

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes,switches,bell push,socket outlets,fan regulators,buzzers,holder and taken as schedule of credit.

Disconnecting and removing the MCBs,MCCBs,DBs,metal clad switch from any height ,stripping out the fitting for examine replacement of unserviceable spare parts, reassembling, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engg in Charge

Attending of E/M complaints with electricians / helper during office hours at complaint cells for receiving the complaints and rectifications of any type of internal complaints viz light point/fan point/5/15 Amps switch socket/Sub main wiring/MCBs/DBs/no electric supply. Short circuiting on 230 V/415V system alonth with necessary T&P, safety devices without replacements of as per site requirement and as directed by Engineeer-in-Charge (1) The rectification shall be done with skilled labour i.e. electrician and helpers under supervision to avoid repetition of same complaints (2) The contractor shall rectify the complaints on the same day along with necessary T&P as required. After completion of the complaints attended, the docket/slip shall be handed over to the concerned complaints cell. The complete details of documents of work done with user's authentication to be submitted to JE/Engineer-In-Charge for preparation of bill and payment/RAR etc. (3) The cost of the stationery such as complaints register and docket book shall be deemed to be include in the rate quoted.
