Construction of embankment/ Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site,(Cartage 3.00 km) spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Recycling pavement by cold Mixing of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface, cold Milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 percent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation , fresh material including rejuvenators as required , mixing in a hot mix plant transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade , level and thickness all all as specified clause 519 (Grade 2)
