Running operation & maintenance of all Internal & External Electrical Installation, Lighting system, clean water pump wystem, including one Nos. Silent type DG set of 30 KVA rating (Kirloskar) with associated AMF panel, LT power distrinbution panels etc. i/c attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking proper rectification action, ensuring serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the systems, on all days including Sundays and Holidays, by deployment of required manpower as specified below and as per special condition of Contract. (All major materiasls for maintenance shall be issued, free of cost, by the AAI): (a) Supervisor - Highly Skilled - 01 No. - General Shift (06 Days in a Week) (b) Wireman - Skilled - 03 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday ) (c) Helper - Unskilled - 01 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday) (1. Contractor has to depute the above required staff except Supervisor on all days including weekly offs & holidays. 2. Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs except Supervisor)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of fire fighting / fire alarm detection system including refilling of gas and other required wornout/faulty spares complete in all restect consisting of following equipment:- (a) Main control Fire panel/local control panels/Fire Alarm Panels (b) Fire fighting extingulshers (Co2 type and mechanical foam type) Note- The contractor has to depute specialist Fire supervisor / mechanic during every visit in each month for checking & attending faults.

Comprehensive maintenance contract of Spit type Aircoditioner, 1.5 TR i/c supply & replacement of wornout spares refrigerent gas & defective compressor of OEM make i/c rewinding of motor and repair of voltage stabilizer etc. as reqd. as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge for ONE UNIT FOR ONE MONTH.

Dismentalling / shifting / Re-installation / Testing and Commissioning of 1.5/2.0/3TR Spilt / Tower type Airconditioners suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, A. C. Supply on wall, Floor or Ceiling i/c gas charging, accociated Civil Works and making all arangement for successful ITC of AC Units etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of Motor of celling / Pedestal / Exhaust / Wall mounted fan / Desert / Room cooler i/c replacement of bearings / bushes rotary mechanism, Grasing etc. as reqd.).

Supply and replacement of B-Check kit (including Engine Lube Oil,fuel, oil filter, O-ring. CR element, coolant etc. as per manufacturers recommendation) i/c servicing by authorised dealer for the following make capacity DG sets. (i) 30 KVA DG Set (Make: Kirloskar) - 01 set

Supplying and replacement of following make ,Battery with Cu. Cable/Lugs etc. as reqd at site for DG Sets/Diesel Engine as specified below (Old worn /scrap battery shall be retained by the firm

To carry out the complete item of work on CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical DSR -2018) as per CPWD specification complete as required. (Total amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 is kept for DSR Item-2018) (Note : Rate of DSR items shall be calculated by deducting GST component from schedule rate on account of GST and the quantity. Rs 100000.00 is after deducting the GST component) (Refer clause- 33 of Guidence to the bidder at page No.- NIT-4 & NIT-5 for quoting rate for this item.)
