Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contractor should have civil contractor registration in BWSSB or KPWD/KUWSDB etc

Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5 - B) should be greater than Rs.84.50 lakhs

The tenderer Should have in the last 5 years period achieved in atleast one financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction only) of rupees not less thanthe estimated cost ie.,Rs.84.50 lakhs

The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for atleast any construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work ie,Rs. 21.12 Lakhs

Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities should be 30% of the amount of contract of Rs.25.35 lakhs

Form of tender is mandatory to be upload in kppp portal

The contractor should have executed in any one year the ollowing minimum quantities of works usually 80 % of the annual requirement such as 100mm dia DI pipe line -1564 Rmt, 150mm dia DI pipeline -172Rmt, 100mm dia DI sluice valve -12 nos, 150mm dia DI sluice valve -1 nos and providing, laying, spreading and compacting wet mix -223 cum, applying primer coat -997 sqm and providing and laying Bituminous macadam -100cum and cement concrete -23.52 cum

Work Done Certificate

Profit & Loss Statement certified by Chartered accountant for a minimum period of Two Years upload in Kppp portal

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed as a prime constractor for atleast any construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work ie,Rs. 21.12 Lakhs
