Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light, fan, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe costudy or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection surface mounting SPN 12 way with IP-43 and IK-09 protection, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : cost of removing old wooden box and making good of surface as existing specifications i.e. brick work, plastering, whitewash/colour/ distemper etc is included in quated rate) complete all as specified.

Note : Two runs of main wire and one run of earth wire with PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length.

Notes for Srl Item No.1 to 61 of BOQ (i) The above said work is based on daily complaint based work and Contractor has to take daily complaint from MES complaint cell from Concern JE E/M on Daily Basis (Except Sunday & holiday). (ii) Contrcator has to attend the complaint within 24 Hrs after recived complaint from JE E/M. (iii) Contrctor has to provide the Mobile number of their Engineer or supervisor to Concerned JE E/M so that massges of complaint can also be send on the same mobile number. (iv) For non collection of daily complaits from JE E/M Rs.500/- per day will be recovered from contractor's dues. (v) For Non attendence of complaints within 24 Hrs Rs.200/- per day per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues. (vi) Contractor or of their Engineer or supervisor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user within time & date to JE EM . (vii) The make/manufacturer shall be approved by the GE before incorporation in the work as per Appendix 'B' to Particular specification section-II of tender.
