REPAIR/MAINT OF CEILING/EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER AND CERTAIN MISC WORK UNDER GE GWALIOR

Taking down unsv ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep 230 Volt AC supply, single phase from site, depositing in MES store yard, dismantling all parts, checking serviceability of all parts & continuity of copper winding, (Burn out winding Fan should be staking aside for rewinding), including cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, including renewal of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber reel , machine screws, shaft, capacitor, clamps,etc as required, reassembling the fan and testing complete all as specified and derected. Note:- (i) Rewinding of fans should be measure and paid separately under appropriate items of schedule (ii) Major parts like Fan capacitor, clamps with rubber real etc measured and paid separately as S&F items (iii) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete

Taking out, burnt winding wire from ceiling fans (Which required rewinging) motor of 1200 mm sweep 230 V, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, renewal of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber reel , machine screws, shaft etc as required reassembling the fan, testing complete & Transporting back to MES store yard complete all as specified and derected. Note:- (i) Major parts like Fan capacitor, clamps with rubber real, etc measured and paid separately as S&F items as below (ii) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete

All as per item No 2 Above but ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep complete.

Note:- (i) Rewinding of fans should be measure and paid separately under appropriate items of schedule (ii) Major parts like Fan capacitor, clamps with rubber Pad etc measured and paid separately as S&F items (iii) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete

Taking out, burnt winding wire from Exhaust fans (Which required rewinging) motor of 450 mm sweep 230 V, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, renewal of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber Pad , machine screws, shaft etc as required reassembling the fan, testing complete & Transporting back to MES store yard complete all as specified and derected. Note:- (i) Major parts like Fan capacitor, clamps with rubber Pad, etc measured and paid separately as S&F items (ii) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete
