M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm, single core PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade laid/drawn through & including PVC cassing and capping in walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeve/dash fastener with cadmium plated iron screws all as per ISI including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting, fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly of following:- (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

Supply and Fix Switch piano flush type 230/250 volts grade on top covers (catered in point wiring above) mounted on MS box and concealed flush (MS box included under point wiring), Single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp rating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Ceiling rose, surface type bakelite 65X50mm three terminals PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body 230/250 volt complete all as specified directed.

S&F heavy duty Exhaust fan, steel body, 300 mm sweep suitable for SP 230/250 V 50 Hz AC supply complete with louver shutters including 3 core flexible cable, 1400 RPM complete all as specified and directed. Make and Model No:- Havells turbo force SP Heavy Duty/EXHD300-4-1 of Crompton/Bajaj Supreme Plus Heavy Duty/Usha Turbo Heavy Duty. Note:- Provn of making hole for exhaust fan will be measured and paid separately.

Provn of making hole through brick wall not exceeding 38 cm thickness for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep and making finishing of hole with plastering & painting complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nut and washers of GI and GI tubing 15 mm bore, light grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C 1 pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 450 x 450 x 50 mm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mash, 20 mm bore GI tubing(L. G.) for watering ,charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work Electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix SP&N DBs, 8 way double door with 200A rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCB single pole & neutral 'C' curve, 10 KA, 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCB single pole, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 6 - 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 6 Sqmm FR PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistranded, unsheathed conductor drawn into FR PVC casing and capping and all necessary fittings including 6 sqmm multi strand FR PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
