Provision of Almirah Medium Steel FD-1032 Almirah Medium steel shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Almirah Medium steel shall be manufactured out of plain 1mm thick MS sheet as shown on drawing. A 3 way locking device shall be provided to front door shutter with 10 mm MS round bar. Main door handle shall be 125 mm long steel CP handle and six levers locking device with keys in duplicate for each almirah. Lock shall be of Make as approved of GE in writing. Bending, welding, riveting, bolting, lapping, turning and other items/ fitting shall be done/provided as specified in relevant IS and as per trade engineering norms and pattern. Finishes: - All internal/external exposed steel surfaces shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Olive green/Smoke grey as approved by GE) over a coat of red oxide primer (Spray painting). All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern.

Provision of Bath Stool/Bath Mat PVC FD/E6/MAP/07 The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP material .The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm Lx300mm Wx250mmH.The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm. The four legs shall be in arc shape and of size 10mmx100mm. The top of the bath mat shall have 3mmx10mm thick stiffeners moulded along with the seat in single piece underneath. The weight of the bath mat shall not be less than 1.3 kgs. Make-AMKO or equivalent

Provision of Bed Hard 6'x3' Steel FD/E6/MAP/08(R) Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm height. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated particle board of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board. 25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. Underneath of Legs shall be welded with MS plate and also provided with rubber shoes to legs of bed. All metal/iron work shall be treated with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer. Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Chair Revolving Medium Back / Computer FD/E6/MAP/01 The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm height. The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround. The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Rest all as per drg and as per sample approved by BSO/GE.

Provision of Charpoy IP with Hardtop FD-MAP-II/01 Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level. 12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt. one nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg. MS plate 32x32x5 should be welded at bottom of legs and under which 3mm thick rubber sheet fixed with adhesive for each leg. All steel surfaces shall be black powder coated over a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Chair Writing FD/E6/MAP/12 The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. 120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back. PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Steel portion of chair shall be powder coated over a coat of primer. Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Provision of Table Office Clerk Steel FD-1004 Table office clerk steel shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Frame: Legs, top rails and stiffeners shall be of 25mm MS square tube 1.6 mm wall thickness. Thickness of MS sheet for various situations shall be 1mm nominal thick. Drawer: Drawers shall be fabricated out of steel sections & MS sheet all as shown on drawings and shall be provided with PVC covering recessed handle and locking arrangement as shown on drawings. Bending, welding, riveting, bolting, lapping, turning and other items/ fitting shall be done/provided as specified in relevant IS and as per trade engineering norms and pattern. Wood work: Top shall be made out of 18mm thick MDF board (Exterior grade) IS-12406-1988/19mm thick particle board IS-3087-1985 bonded with phenol formaldehyde with 1.5mm thick decorative laminate IS-2040-1969 fixed on one side. Exposed edges of board shall be covered with standard 4mm thick teak wood beading all round as directed by GE. Legs shall be provided with rubber shoes with steel plate inside of appropriate size. All exposed steel surfaces shall be spray painted with synthetic enamel paint (Olive green/Smoke grey as approved by GE) over a coat of red oxide primer. Teak wood beading shall be French polished. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing.

Provision of Chair Dining Wooden FD-MAP-II/04 Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep.The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.Stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg..75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply. 75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm. Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30x45mm. All sizes shall be taken as stated in specification, irrespective of what is shown on drg. All wood surfaces shall be polished with high gloss finish of approved shade. Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Chair Easy Wooden FD-229 Chair easy shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Timber: All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned Ist class hard wood (Teak) throughout. Canning: Canning shall be done with 2 mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane half round superior quality closely woven in Godrej pattern. Width of cane for border and strengthening band shall be 3.5mm. Rubber Toes : Rubber Toe shall be hard and of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. Finishes: All wooden surfaces exposed to view (except under sides of frame and bottom of legs) shall be French polished. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern.

Provision of Hat Stand Wooden FD-233 All as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 1000mm long, 710mm high. All wood shall be first class hard wood teak. 20mmx50mm in section teak wood frame shall be provided horizontally (top and bottom rails and verically sides) 50mmx20mm in section vertical intermediate stiffeners shall be provided at 288mm from right hand side. Two horizontal wooden battens of 50mmx20mm in section, one at 160mm from top rail and other at 200mm from bottom rail shall be provided in the right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener joining vertical stiffeners with left hand side for providing support for the fixing of pegs. Another wooden battern 50mmx20mm in section shall be provided in horizontal direction on right hand side of vertical intermediate stiffener 430mm from bottom of top rail. 4mm thick teak plywood 1000mm x 710mm shall be provided to front of frame and 4mm thick commercial plywood of 1000mm x 710mm shall be provided to the back of frame. 6mmx35mm in section teak wood edging shall be provided all around the Hat Stand frame. 5.5mm thick Atul or Modiguard or Golden fish mirror of size 300mmx440mm shall be provided with teak wood beading made to shape as shown in drawing out of 10mmx12mm in section teak wood. Brass pegs of size 120mmx75mm (overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Two key plates shall be provided of mild steel sheet 3mm thick, made to shape as shown in drawing. All wood and teak ply surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

Provision of Peg Table Wooden FD-384 Peg table shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Timber: All wood work shall be kiln seasoned Ist class hard wood (Teak) throughout except top, Top shall be made out of particle board 19mm thick bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per IS-3087-1985 with 1.5mm thick decorative laminate and shall be ISI marking on the edges. Exposed edge of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood edging fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Finishes: All timber / plywood / particle board surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished except inner side of top which shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Shade as approved by GE) Ist quality over a coat of pink primer. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern.

Provision of Sofa Single Seater FD-373 Sofa set shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Timber: All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned Ist class hard wood (Teak) throughout. Foam: Cushioned seat and back shall be 100mm thick PU foam of shape and dimensions as shown on drgs. Foam shall be of 40 density of make as approved by GE. Tapestry cloth: Tapestry cloth for covering the foam shall be as approved by the GE. The cost of tapestry shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per meter (1.25 Mtrs width) and shall be stitched / fixed around as shown on drgs or directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Finishes: All wooden surfaces exposed to view (except under sides of frame and bottom of legs) shall be French polished. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern. (Note :- The foam cushion in original packing with warranty card and tapestry cover shall be brought separately in furniture yard and after inspection the same shall be fixed, stitched and packed at furniture yard.)

Rubber Ring : Rubber ring shall be hard and of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. Provision of Table Dining 4 Persons FD/MAP-II/03 Table dining shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Table Dining of size 1200X900 mm shall be provided with only one stiffener in the center of the Table. Timber : All wood work shall be seasoned Teak wood throughout except the top which shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated MDF Board of Grade-I Exterior quality as per IS:14587 with PVC/6mm thick TW lipping alround. Finishes : All wood work and veneered surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished as specified except where painting is indicated on drawings. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern.

Provision of Table Computer FD/E6/MAP/03 Overall size shall be 900mm long, 561.20 mm wide and 750mm height. All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top, shelves, drawers, tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated extrior grade board. The frame of table shall be of 25MM thick. The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage. Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only. The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers. Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Table Dressing Ladies including stool FD/MAP-II/07 The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high. The sides, top ,back and front of the base unit shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The bottom of the side units shall be of 12mm thick commercial plywood. The sides and back drawers shall be of 12mm thick prelaminated MDF ,bottom of the drawers shall be of 6mm thick commercial ply whereas the front of the drawers shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.5mm thick electro copper plated mirror shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. The plywood shall be fixed on two vertical hardwood member of size 45mmx35mm .a horizontal support of size 30mmx20mm shall be provided in between two vertical members. The Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm long 350mm wide and 425mm high. The four sides shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF .The top of the stool shall be of 12mm thick plywood openable as shown in drg.Four heavy duty revolving nylon double wheels shall be provided at base below the 6mm base ply fixed over wooden runner 20mmx20mm.The seat of the stool shall be 75mm high ,made of foam 40 density covered with tapestry cloth as approved by Engr-In-charge/GE.Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Table Bedside FD/E6/MAP/15(R) The overall size of the table bed side shall be 450mm x 450mm x 600mm from rear and 450mm x 450mm x 500mm from front as shown in drg.The entire frame of table bed side shall be made up of 18mm MS square pipe (18 Gauge) duly black powder coated. The two sides and top shall be made up of 18mm thick prelamainted particle board exterior grade. The Back of the table except the top portion as shown in drg shall be provided with 6mm commercial plywood BWR grade duly screwed to frame. The two sides, back and bottom of drawers of the table shall be made up of 12mm thick commercial plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg, except the front side which shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. The drawers shall be made functional on teak wood runners fixed inside the tables shown on drg. The drawers of the tables shall be provided with 100mm long CP handles. Rest all as per drg.

Provision of Table Writing Wooden FD-275 Table writing shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Timber: All wood work shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood (Teakwood) throughout except the following:- (i) Top shall be of with melamine faced pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick bonded with phenol formaldehyde as per as per IS-3087-1985 exterior grade BWR type and shall be ISI marking on the edges. (ii) Side, shutter and front face of drawer shall be of veneered particle board 18/ 19mm thick with one side teak veneered and other sides commercial. (iii) Shelves shall be 12mm thick plywood exterior grade (BWR type) with one side teak faced (iv) Exposed edges of board shall be covered with 4mm thick teak wood edging and shall be fixed as specified and directed. Fittings:- (i) Oxidized piano type hinges conforming to IS-3818 shall be fixed with wood (steel) screws (04 Nos. 15mm long). Knobs: Knobs shall be of aluminum anodised (dark brown) fixed with brass screws of suitable size. Locks: Locks shall 50mm long of brass ISI marked (IS-729) or of Godrej make. Ball catcher: Ball catcher shall be fixed on top and bottom of the shutter. Finishes: All timber / plywood / particle board surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished except inner side of top which shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Shade as approved by GE) Ist quality over a coat of pink primer. All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms / pattern.

Taking out U/S short rail from charpoy GI pipe and Fixing Short rail made out of retrieved unserviceable long rail mentioned item No. 1 above complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Taking out U/S leg from charpoy GI pipe and fixing of leg made out of retrieved unserviceable short rail as item mentioned No 2 above. Bottom of legs shall be plugged/welded with 5mm thick MS plate complete all as specified and shown in drg.

Taking out U/S GI 3 way elbow 32mm bore from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow GI 32 mm bore ISI marked complete all as specified and shown in drg

Taking out U/S GI check nut 6mm thick 32mm from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new check nut matching with the existing shape & size.

Taking down of worn out materials from Charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing of plywood top 12 mm thick, plywood top shall be fixed with 3", 6 mm dia nut and bolt with washers.

Taking out U/S MS flat iron of size 40mmx5mm from chorpoy GI pipe and S&F new MS flat iron of size 40mmx5mm 3' length of best quality matching with the existing shape and size.all as directed by Engr-in-charge
