REPAIR/ MAINT/ SERVICING OF SPLIT AC, WINDOW AC, WATER COOLER, DESERT COOLER, OTHER COOLING APPLIANCES EQPT AT 24 ED

Attending complaints and rectification of defects of any type AC, Refrigerator, Desert cooler, Water Cooler, Deep Freezer, Voltage Stabilizer etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) The complaint shall be notified to the contractor by Engr-in-Charge or JE E/M and recorded in the register maintained for the purpose. (ii) Cost of any minor nature of repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electric cable upto 0.50 metre length etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item.

Taking down old unsv condensor motor of split type Air conditioner capacity up to 2.00 ton and re-winding to burn out linear coil of copper strip heavy cross sectional area, with insulating material in same gauge copper purity, no of turns in coil with varnishing, heating, testing etc with all other site work required to make the condensor motor serviceable complete including testing and commissioning and reassembling the same after repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing, overhauling and testing of split type/window type AC, capacity 1.5 ton/2.00 Ton, any make, by cleaning cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing of dust from machines/air filters, checking and decarbonising all electric system oiling/greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration in the equipment including refixing the AC in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of minor repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws etc, to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted by the contractor against this item.

Supply & fixing in replacement, new compressor for window/ split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity including disconnecting, opening up, taking out burnt compressor by cutting/opening the pipe connections, fixing in position, reassembling, testing and commissioning including gas & oil charging after flushing the line with CO2 gas to avoid trapping the water vapour ensuring leak proof system (Compressor should be company sealed and branded ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Compressor shall be tested to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement, new compressor for window/ split type AC 2.00 Ton capacity including disconnecting, opening up, taking out burnt compressor by cutting/opening the pipe connections, fixing in position, reassembling, testing and commissioning including gas & oil charging after flushing the line with CO2 gas to avoid trapping the water vapour ensuring leak proof system (Compressor should be company sealed and branded ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Compressor shall be tested to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and test results recorded and kept on charge.

Material and labour for trickle charging of gas R-22/R-32/R-410 as required in AC of capacity 1.5 ton/2.00 Ton, after detection of leakage with soap solution/halide torch ,making the system leak proof by brazing/ soldering the leakage point, flushing out the moisture contents trapped in the pipe line by charging CO2 gas and maintaining the pressure for prescribed period complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper capillary tube (suction tube) of 1st quality copper size 1/2" and 3/8" or 5/8" duly complete with insulation suitable for split AC cap upto 2.00 TR including taking down old unsv copper tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper tube (liquid tube) outer dia as per existing size complete with insulation suitable for split Air conditioner cap upto 2.00 TR including taking down old unsv copper tube complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnect of existing split air conditioner capacity up to 2.00 Ton shiftting and reinstallation, in same Bldg location or another Bldg location incl factory made GI brackets out door mounting unit with nut bolt washer etc complete all as site works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing nylon type filter pad 20 micron for window type AC of capacity up to 2 ton including taking out unserviceable filter pad complete all as specified and directed.
