Note: The rates in respect of item are applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soils and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm maximum size including machine mixing, consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding formwork as per specifications.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement. Note : The Minimum Cement Content for Design Mix concrte shall not be less than 387Kg/cum.

Providing and fixing reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete using TMT bars of SAIL / RINL/TATA make at all levels including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire etc. complete including cost of binding wire.

Note: a. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.

b. Reinforcement steel of Grade Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786 TMT BARS shall be supplied from M/s. SAIL or M/s. TATA STEEL or M/s. Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd., from their own plants rolled from virgin material and not from their rerollers or conversion agents.

c. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificate from the firms and also testing from third party if required to be arranged at no extra cost.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, joists, Channels, angles, flates Tees etc., as per IS:2062 ., at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1. Structural steel conforming to IS: 2062

2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate.

4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted.

5. Electrodes manufactured by M/s. Advani Oerlikon, ESAB India, Oxygen and D&H SECHERON only shall be used.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation, plinth upto FFL and compound wall pillars including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications,

Half Brick masonry using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in C.M. 1:4 at all levels, including curing raking out joints, etc. complete as supports to kitchen platform, shelves, cupboards, flower beds etc. complete.

Water proof cement plastering 20mm thick at all levels with cement mortar 1:3, over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including hacking of concrete surfaces, double scafolding, curing etc. complete.and addition of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete. as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing PVC rigid pipes of class B of Supreme or Astrol brands ensuring thermal stability for hot or cold water,waste water, sewage, acids etc including all fittings, jointing with durable solvent including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The measurement shall be taken along the centre line of pipes including fittings, specials etc.Excavation etc shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing, laying, fixing and testing PVC rigid pipes of Stiffness Class SN8, SDR34 of Supreme or Astrol brands ensuring thermal stability for hot or cold water, waste water, sewage, acids etc. including all fittings, jointing with durable solvent including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 Kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Note: The Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes including fittings, specials etc. Excavation etc. shall be paid under relevant item.

Construction of Inspection Chambers of internal clear dimension 900mm x 600mm in 200mm thick brick masonry in C.M 1:6 over a bed of 150mm thick 1:3:6 cement concrete foundation, plastering with C.M. 1:4, 20mm thick on inside, outside and all exposed surfaces, finished with a floating coat of neat cement, 1:2:4 cement concrete for benching and channel finished with neat cement, brick carbelling at top to provide clear opening of 900mmx 450mm, providing and fixing C.I. steps weighing not less than 3.50 kgs/each at 300mm centre to centre etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of Manhole Chambers of size 900mm i/d at bottom and 525mm id at top with brick masonry wall 340mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 over a bed of 200mm thick 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation with 150mm offsets all round out side the brick masonry, plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick on internal, external and all exposed surfaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement necessary cement concrete 1:2:4 for forming benching and channel, providing and fixing C.I. steps each weighing not less than 3.5kg etc. complete, chamber depth not exceeding 1800mm.

Providing , installation , testing & commissioning of Sewage submerssible, motor driven centrifugal vertical split case pump set of kirloskar ETERNA 15000 CW4PL MODEL, simens or cnp make for collection well sewage pumping unit with a flow capacity of 4000 Lpm and total head of 10 m, with CI casing , standard fitting , CI impeller, mechanical seal ,along with all accessories, suitably rated TEFC squirrel cage energy effient inductoin motor (EF-1) as electrical drive with synchronous speed not exceeding 1500 rpm , IP-68 rated to operate at 415 v+/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- ,3% phase AC supply ,

including installing pump, connection of discharge outlet in existing MS pipe line with making suitable arrangment of fitting, HDPE pipe up to 150mm dia and 5.00 mtrs. legth & welding etc. complete as per specification , drawing and instructions of engineer in charge , The pump offered shall be of sewage discharge duty and its characteristice shall be as per IS 12469 -1988 or its latest edition including Cost of all the items, accessories , tool and tackles , packing etc required to put pumping system into service .

NOTE :i) The minimum horse power of electrical operated pump under above item in any case shall not be less than 20 horse Power or designed horse power whichever is more.

Providing, laying, fixing and testing160mm OD HDPE pipes of Class PE100 of Reliance/Supreme/Astral or approved brands for sewerage as per IS 14333: 1996 ensuring thermal stability for waste water, sewage, acids etc. including all HDPE & fittings including jointing with Butt weilding including testing the pipes at a pressure of 6 Kg per Sq cm etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. Note: The Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes including fittings, specials etc. Excavation etc. shall be paid under relevant item.
